Scope

This policy describes how AI Zombie handles information when you create an account, purchase credits, generate videos or contact support.

Account, payment and support records

The application keeps account details such as your name and email, authentication records, credit transactions, orders and subscription status. Payment processing uses the provider configured for the checkout. The application records transaction references and status, rather than storing your full payment-card details.

Support tickets contain the messages and any attachments you choose to send. These records help us provide the service, resolve billing or generation issues, and investigate misuse.

Reference photos and video generation

When you select a photo, the browser creates a local blob preview. Selecting and previewing a file does not upload it. When you submit a generation request, the two images are encoded as inline image data (data URIs), sent through the application and forwarded to Fal for the Seedance video model.

The application does not save these original generation photos as local files or as records in its database. The task record stores the selected scene, character type, aspect ratio, prepared prompt, status, provider request identifier, credit usage and generated video URL. It allows you to find your task and retrieve its result. The application does not add your photos or generated videos to a public gallery.

The browser releases its preview URL when you remove or replace the selected file or leave the generator. This does not delete any data already sent for generation.

AI and payment providers

Fal processes the images and scene instructions to generate the video. Provider processing and any retention of inputs, request data and generated files follow the applicable provider policies, including Fal's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not promise that provider-held inputs or outputs are immediately or automatically deleted.

Generated videos are hosted by the provider, and the application stores their URLs. Download a result you want to keep; a task record does not guarantee indefinite availability of the provider's file.

Payment providers process the billing information you give them under their own policies. If an external sign-in provider is enabled and you choose it, account information authorized by that sign-in flow is used to authenticate you.

Cookies and browser storage

Login sessions and language or theme preferences use cookies or browser storage. Authentication and server operations can also handle request information, such as an IP address or browser information, to serve the site and protect accounts. Browser settings can remove cookies or local preferences, which may sign you out or reset those preferences.

Retention and access

Account, order, credit, task and support records are retained for service operation, billing, security and support, subject to applicable requirements and review of user requests. This policy does not establish an automatic deletion schedule for these records or for files held by an external provider.

Access to account task records requires authentication and is checked against the account that created them. Provider-hosted files remain subject to that provider's access and retention arrangements. Treat any video URL you share as information you are choosing to disclose.

Your choices and requests

Use account settings to edit supported profile fields. For a request about access, correction or deletion of information, sign in and open a support ticket. Requests are reviewed against the information held by the application and any applicable retention obligations. Removing a browser preview or requesting a change to an application record does not itself erase provider-held data.

Only submit photos you have permission to use, including any required permission from the people shown. Avoid adding unrelated sensitive information to generation requests or support attachments.
