Terms of Service | AI Zombie

Rules for reference photos, AI video generation, credits and subscriptions.

Last updated: 2026-10-08

Using the service

These terms apply to your use of AI Zombie. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service turns two reference photos into an AI-generated zombie reunion story. You choose a scene, a person or pet character, and a 9:16 or 16:9 aspect ratio. The generator requests a 15-second 720p video with sound through Fal's Seedance model. The output is provided as an MP4 when generation succeeds.

Accounts and your photos

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information for account and billing use. Report suspected unauthorized activity through a support ticket.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to use the photos you submit, including permission from any identifiable people shown and any rights held by the photographer. The same requirement applies to photos of pets or other material. Do not use someone else's likeness to deceive, harass or violate their privacy, and do not submit unlawful content or try to bypass service safeguards.

You retain any rights you already hold in your original material. By submitting photos, you authorize the application and its generation provider to process them with the scene instructions to provide the requested video. Generated content does not grant you rights to another person's likeness or third-party material. Any use or sharing must respect applicable law and provider or model terms.

Generation and AI results

A generation uses 20 credits. The service deducts those credits when the task is created. If a task is marked as failed, the credits consumed for that attempt are automatically returned through the credit ledger. A task that is queued or processing has not yet failed.

AI results can vary in likeness, motion, audio and scene details. A completed generation is not guaranteed to match a particular expression or creative expectation. Queue times depend on the provider and can take several minutes; the service does not promise a fixed completion time. Review a result before publishing it or relying on it.

Credit purchases and validity

The selected plan, price, currency and billing cycle appear on the pricing page and at checkout. Current credit validity works as follows:

  • Monthly subscriptions: each monthly credit grant is valid for 31 days from its grant date.
  • Yearly subscriptions: the full year's credit allocation is granted upfront and is valid for 366 days from its grant date.
  • One-time credit packs: purchased pack credits have no expiry.

Unused subscription credits expire according to their grant's validity; purchasing a plan or canceling a subscription does not turn them into non-expiring pack credits. Your account's credit records show grants and consumption. Credits are used within this service and do not represent a cash balance.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Checkout and recurring billing are handled by the payment provider configured for your purchase. Subscription renewal follows the billing cycle shown at checkout unless cancellation takes effect. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically.

You can manage and request cancellation of an eligible subscription in Billing. Check the confirmation and subscription status for the effective cancellation date. Cancellation does not itself return a payment or extend credit validity.

For a billing error or payment refund request, open a support ticket and include the order reference. Review depends on the transaction, the payment provider and applicable requirements. The automatic return of credits for a failed generation is separate from a refund of subscription or pack payments.

Photos, task records and provider files

Photo previews use local browser blob URLs. When you generate, the images are sent as data URIs through the application to Fal. The application does not store the original generation photos in its database or as local files; it stores task settings, status, provider identifiers, credit usage and generated video URLs.

Provider processing and retention follow the applicable Fal Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The service does not promise automatic deletion of provider-held inputs or outputs. Download videos you want to keep, since a saved task record does not guarantee permanent availability of a provider-hosted file.

Service access and availability

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted to address abuse, unlawful use or security problems. Service features and provider availability can change; information about a purchase is governed by the terms shown for that transaction and any applicable requirements.

Support and updates

Use the site's support widget or support tickets after signing in for generation, account, privacy or billing questions. Do not include account passwords or payment-card details in a ticket.
